Plants vs. Zombies

Plants vs. Zombies is a popular tower defense game, released by PopCap games. You have to defend Yourself against hordes of zombies with Your loyal zombie-zapping plants.

If the trainers would not work for You, download and install Cheat Engine, then download the table from the link and use that instead. This game has many versions with different process names, that is the main reason why the trainer would not work for You, even if You use the same version. Cheat Engine + the downloaded table will however work in all cases, regardless of the process name.

Here is the first trainer, for Plants vs Zombies version 1.0.0.1051 and 1.2.0.1065
however the trainer should also work with most versions of this game.

Since there are more versions out there with the same version number, some users had problems with the first trainer for version 1.0.0.1051 and 1.2.0.1065 . If the first one did not work, try out this one:

Here is another one for Plants vs Zombies version 1.2.0.1073 (The Game of the Year Edition)

INSTRUCTIONS:
First run the trainer.
Then run the game.
Hit 1-5 on the numerical keyboard to turn options on/off. Make sure that NumLock is active.

There are 5 options in this trainer:

1. Unlimited Sunligth
2. Unlimited Money
3. Instant recharge for plants
4. Invincible plants
5. Easy kill (zombies die from 1-2 shots)

NOTES:
Even if the Invincible plants cheat is active, Your plants may die if they are killed instantly
by something (for example if they are smashed by giant zombies).
With easy kill, armored or equipped zombies will die from 2 shots, other zombies from 1 shot.

I have one question, I downloaed the GOTY edition, but it is a portable game, so when I try to use the trainer, it won't work... is there a way to cheat a portable edition of PvZ?

Yes, there is. There are at least 2 ways.

1. Find the values or pointers in Cheat Engine. This way You can edit the amount of sun and money for example.

2. To make more advanced hacks, like the instant refill for seeds, some more drastical methods has to be taken. You are not able to use code injection in the portable edition but You can make permanent changes in the exe file. Which means that You can edit the codes in the file itself, not in the memory and the cheat will be always active when You use that exe.
I have done this before for instant seed refill and unlimited sun.

Oh I get it, so it is possible to do the same cheats, but not like in the normal non-portable version? I'll try to do it, otherwise, may I send you a copy of the exe so you could me out? Thanks for the explanation, and keep up the good work.

Yes, You can do simple tasks like finding values, pointers, but You are not able to use code injection to create more advanced cheats like instant kill, instant seed refill etc. For that, You need to change the exe itself permanently. If You need help with that, send me an e-mail to this address:

Some options may still work with the steam version but most of them probably not. You have a better chance if You try out the cheat tables with Cheat Engine from here:

For the game of the year one, when I extract it from its zip file nothing comes out not even the readme.txt file. Same thing happens when I use 7-zip (its like win-rar but more commonly used among iso hackers)
