This trainer has been made for Roads of Rome 3.
It should support most game versions, tested with v1.0.

First run the trainer.
Then run the game. (You can start the game with it's own icon or You can use the Start game button in the trainer.)
Hit number hotkeys to turn options on/off.
You can also use the checkboxes to enable/disable the options.
There are 5 options in this trainer:
F1. Unlimited Time
F2. Add resources with key 1-6
F3. Unlimited bonus item time
F4. One hit kill
F5. Quick work (sometimes crashing)
NOTES:
Unlimited Time: No pressure, finish when you want.
Add resources with key 1-6: If you activate this option, you can add resources with the number keys (below the F keys).
1: Food
2. Wood
3. Stone
4. Gold
5. Water
6. All resources
You will not see the changes on the screen until your workers will do something.
Unlimited bonus item time: When you get a bonus item, you can use it forever.
One hit kill: Kill vikings with one hit.
Quick work: Your workers and buildings will work much faster. This option may crash the game.
Maybe because I have made this script for Roads of Rome 2...

Give a bit more details about your problem.
Probably, it is not compatible with your game version. Or if you have purchased the game from BigFish, the trainer is attached for the wrong process. If that's the case, you can "fix" it with using Cheat Engine. You can use this table:

If you use Cheat Engine, click on the computer icon, when you select the process, you will see 2 exe files and you need to attach CE to the 2nd exe file, not the first one. Then load the table and try to use the options.
If you have it, start the game and Cheat Engine.
Then you will see a computer icon in Cheat Engine that is "glowing". Click on it and choose the second RoadsOfRome3.exe from the list.
Then click on the folder icon and load the CT file that you have downloaded.
If this is done, you should be able to activate the cheats by clicking on the checkboxes.
