(This trainer is working with version 1.0-1.2 and it has the same options as before. Hopefully it will work with future updates too. Patch for v1.2 has fixed critical bugs in the game so worth updating it. If it is done, use this trainer for the updated game. This trainer is using the numeric keys, if You don't have them, leave a comment with a suggestion for other hotkeys, as F keys are used for quicksave and quickload now, so I can't put options on those.)

First run the trainer.
Then run the game.
Hit 1-7 on the numerical keyboard to turn options on/off. Make sure that NumLock is active.

There are 7 options in this trainer:

1. Unlimited credits
2. Full health for all injured people
3. Full health for all uninjured people
4. Full health for all vehicles
5. Full health for selected injured person
6. Full health for selected person
7. Full health for selected vehicle

NOTES:
Instead of merging the health cheats into one "everything is invincible" cheat, I have left them separately so You can choose which one do You need. The game may be more interesting if not everything is invincible. So here is how they work:

Full health for all injured people: All people who are injured and waiting for an emergency doctor has full health. You have plenty of time to save them, no rush.

Full health for all uninjured people: Every person who has a green health bar has max health, You can walk in fires with Your personnel and civilians are also safer this way.

Full health for all vehicles: Every vehicle has full health.

Full health for selected injured person: When this cheat is on, the selected injured person who is waiting for a doctor will get full health. It is working only if You can see the person's health already (so if a doctor has checked the condition already).

Full health for selected person: The selected person will get max health.

Full health for selected vehicle: The selected vehicle will get max health.

For those who do not have a high-end computer, here is an advice:
If the game is running fine but You experience lagging when You see smoke on the screen, You can do this to increase performance:
1. Zoom in a bit, this usually helps. If You see smoke from far, it is killing an average GPU.
2. Lower these settings: Lights, Shadows, Postprocessing and Visual Effects.
You can leave the rest of the options as they are.

This way You will have an acceptable graphic, but special effects will not kill Your computer.
UPDATE: Patch for version 1.2 is fixing these bugs with the smoke and also several other critical issues with save games for example.
